01Two-Tier Billing Architecture
To protect enterprises from opaque surcharges, OmnistConnect clearly separates software platform fees from Meta telecommunication tariffs:
Covers access to Visual Flow Builder, Shared Inbox, AI Agent Engine, Webhooks, and CRM Connectors. Billed monthly or annually. Eligible for 14-day refund and prorated credit adjustments.
Per-conversation fees (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, Service) determined and collected by Meta Platforms, Inc. at actual zero-markup cost. Once consumed, Meta conversation charges are non-refundable.
02Self-Serve Cancellation & Credit Notes

- check_circleTerm Access Continuance: Upon cancellation, your workspace retains uninterrupted enterprise access until the exact conclusion of your prepaid billing term.
- check_circleProrated Credit Notes: In cases of premature annual tier termination approved by executive support, unutilized months are converted into credit notes valid for 12 months across any Omnist Techhub Solutions products.

We back our enterprise platform with financially protected availability commitments. If monthly gateway uptime dips below 99.95%, accounts automatically qualify for service credits:
