By subscribing to or using OmnistConnect, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, Meta WhatsApp API Policies, and the terms set forth in this agreement. Unsolicited spam messaging, unauthorized contact databases, or misleading commercial communications are strictly prohibited.
2. Subscription & SLA
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Service availability target is 99.9% uptime for cloud API pass-through messaging.
